Appliance repair has no statutory register in the UK, so we do not imply one: what this reviewer brings is the trade experience to judge which faults an owner can safely tackle and which belong inside the cabinet. The named engineer appears here once appointed.

What reviewing means here

Appliance checks the severity rating and every do-it-yourself step on the pages they sign off, and re-reviews them at least every 18 months. Where a page says a fault needs a registered engineer, that decision is theirs, not the writer’s.
