Our team

Who writes this site, and how its pages are checked. Every page is written from the manufacturer’s own installation, servicing and user documentation, and none has been reviewed by a registered engineer. What sets the severity on a page is the manufacturer’s published instruction, and each page lists the documents it was written from.

If a page is ever reviewed by an engineer, it will name them, show the registration we checked, and carry the date they read it. Until then, no page says otherwise.

    I research and write every page on this site from the manufacturer’s own installation, servicing and user documentation for the appliance, and where the manufacturer has published nothing I say so instead of borrowing a meaning from somewhere else. I am not a heating engineer or an electrician, and no page here has been reviewed by one.

Technical review

No page on this site has been reviewed by a registered engineer, and every page says so beside its author. These are the four areas a technical reviewer would cover, and what one would bring.
