Candy Candy Brava slimline (Midea-built — different codes) fault codes
CDPH freestanding and CDIH or CMIH integrated, 448mm wide for nine or ten place settings. These are Midea-built and their manuals do not use the E codes on this page at all: a CDPH display shows A10 (not filling), A20 (not draining) or F30 (leak, drain pump running permanently, anti-flood device on — close the tap, disconnect the power, call service); a CDIH shows E10, E20 and E30 for the same three, or flashes every LED once, twice or three times every three seconds. The earlier CDPN and CDIN slimlines are Candy-built and do use E2, E3 and E4; check which table your manual prints.
Codes on the Candy Brava slimline (Midea-built — different codes) follow the same Candy scheme as the rest of the range. Where a code behaves differently on this generation, the code page says so.
Candy fault codes
Every published Candy code. Open a code to see which models and years it applies to.
- E3The dishwasher does not drain. Three flashes on a machine without a display, and Candy tell you exactly how to count them.Get it checked
- E4A water leak. Candy specifically warn against tilting or moving the machine, which rules out the fix most often recommended online.Stop — call an engineer
- E2The dishwasher does not fill with water. Some models show CHECK WATER or NO WATER in words instead of a code.Get it checked
- E8The water heating element is not working correctly, or the filter plate is clogged. Candy bundle two very different problems into one code.Get it checked
