Beko dishwasher fault codes
This page covers Beko dishwashers only. Beko use E codes on their dishwashers and a different, much longer set on their washing machines, so a Beko E-code you have read about elsewhere may well belong to a different appliance — check you are looking at the dishwasher list before you act on anything here. On the dishwashers themselves the honest headline is that Beko publish very few codes. Their manuals document four — E01, E02, E06 and E07 — and the older manuals do not carry even those. If you have found a longer Beko dishwasher list elsewhere, it did not come from Beko.
Where the code shows on a Beko
Beko print their own warning alongside the code table, and it is worth repeating in their words: the error codes can change depend the model (the newest manuals put it as error codes may vary depending on the model). That is not a caveat we have added for safety. Of 24 Beko UK dishwasher manuals we read in September 2026, the 19 for the current BDFN, BDFS, BDIN and BDIS ranges all carry the four-code table in section 9.1. The five that do not — BDIN38650C, BDIS38040Q, DIN15X20, DIS15020 and DVS04020 — are older platforms: the first two show a flashing E:01 or E:02 icon and explain it in a paragraph rather than a table, the E10 machines flash an overflow or water-off indicator with no number at all, and the DVS manual prints no fault indication whatsoever. So the first thing to do is find the manual for your exact model number. On machines with no digital display Beko name the specific programme lights that blink for each code rather than asking you to count flashes — P1 with the power light for E01, P2 with the water-outage icon for E02, P2 and P6 together for E06, and F1 and F2 together for E07.
How to reset a Beko
Beko describe what they call an error algorithm running and the cycle ending, rather than a reset you perform. Their manuals for the machines without a code table explain what that algorithm does: on a water cut-off the programme pauses, the machine checks the inlet regularly and resumes by itself once water returns; on an overflow the machine tries to discharge the water and the warning clears if the overflow stops, while a warning that does not clear is a permanent fault for the authorised service. Their instruction where a fault repeats is consistent and blunt: on the two most serious codes, cut off the electricity, close the valve, and get in touch with an authorised service agent.
