Beko [E07] fault codewhat it means and how to fix it

E07 is a faulty flowmeter, and it is the fourth and last code Beko document. The flowmeter is a small paddle in the fill path that spins as water passes and lets the control board count how much has gone in. It is not a component most people have heard of, but it is how a modern dishwasher knows when to stop filling. Which explains why Beko attach their strongest instruction to it. Their solution is identical to the one for the flood code: error algorithm activated, cycle ends, and if the error continues, cut off the electricity, close the valve, contact the authorised service. Only two of Beko’s four codes carry that isolation sequence, and both are about water arriving in quantities the machine cannot account for. A machine that cannot count water has lost its primary defence against overfilling. There are usually backstops — a pressure switch, a float in the base — but they are backstops, and Beko clearly do not want you relying on them while the machine sits plumbed into the mains under your worktop. Closing the valve removes the risk entirely and costs nothing.
