- C-20A sensor fault. Samsung group four codes here — and one of them, C-23, is in every UK manual and missing from their website entirely.Get it checked
- C-d1Door lock malfunction. Samsung publish four words and a generic power cycle, and nothing at all for a pyrolytic door that will not unlock.Get it checked
- C-d0A button has been pressed and held too long, or something is holding it. Samsung have you clean the buttons and check for water around them.Get it checked
- S-01The safety shutoff. Samsung state plainly this is not a system failure — the oven ran at temperature for longer than its limit and stopped itself.Usually simple to fix
- C-F0The control boards have stopped talking to each other. Three related codes cover the communication and memory faults, all with the same generic remedy.Get it checked
- Pr ENot a fault at all. The oven is preheating, and Pr E clears itself the moment the set temperature is reached. Keep the door shut.Usually simple to fix
- dCThe divider is in the wrong place for the mode you selected. Dual cook needs it in, single cook needs it out, and the oven will not proceed otherwise.Get it checked
- Four dashesFour dashes mean the temperature you set does not belong to the mode you selected. Samsung publish this in a form no search engine can read.Usually simple to fix
- C-70Steam-related problems. That is Samsung’s complete published meaning — three words, no cause, no remedy, and nothing on their website at all.Get it checked
