Mira Mira Advance Flex and Flex Extra fault codes
The drain-pump-compatible variants, wired or paired over Bluetooth to an Instantmatch by Whale waste pump for level-access installations. Codes B and K only exist on these.
Codes on the Mira Advance Flex and Flex Extra follow the same Mira scheme as the rest of the range. Where a code behaves differently on this generation, the code page says so.
Mira fault codes
Every published Mira code. Open a code to see which models and years it applies to.
- AFlashing red on the Status light. Mira group three water-supply problems under this one code: no supply, low pressure, or a blockage somewhere in the outlet.Get it checked
- DFlashing red and yellow. The outlet thermistor has seen a temperature above what Mira allow, and the shower has stopped rather than deliver it.Get it checked
- MFlashing white. Not a breakdown — the shower was switched off at the cord before it finished its shutdown, and it will not restart properly until it settles.Usually simple to fix
- LStatus light off entirely, with Start/Stop off. Mira call this an electrical fault and the action is to check power to the shower.Get it checked
- FFlashing red and blue with Start/Stop flashing. The cold water arriving at the shower is already hotter than Mira allow it to be.Get it checked
- IFlashing red and white with Start/Stop flashing. Mira call it a software error, and their published remedy is simply to power cycle the unit.Get it checked
- CFlashing red and yellow with Start/Stop off. A thermistor fault: the shower has lost the temperature sensing it relies on to stay safe.Get it checked
- EFlashing red and blue with Start/Stop off. The flow valve has failed, which is the component that lets water into the heater in the first place.Get it checked
- JStart/Stop lit, Status flashing red and white. Relay board failure — the board that actually switches the heating elements has failed.Get it checked
- HFlashing red and white with Start/Stop off. The cover PCB has failed — the board behind the front panel that reads the button and drives the lights.Get it checked
- GStart/Stop lit, Status flashing red and blue. The shower has decided the Start/Stop button is stuck in the pressed position.Get it checked
- BFlashing yellow, on the drain-pump variants only. The shower and the pump’s transformer have stopped talking to each other over their wireless link.Get it checked
- KFlashing yellow and blue with Start/Stop off, on the drain-pump variants. The shower and the pump transformer are not paired with each other at all.Get it checked
