Zanussi Zanussi Lindo100 fault codes
Built 2013 onwards
ZWF prefix. The volume freestanding range for most of the last decade and the machine most of these codes get looked up against. Now discontinued but very widely installed. Its user manual (ZWF 71263W and 71463W) has no drain filter section at all: the drain is self-cleaning with a double-lip trap in the door seal, and on a draining fault the manual tells the owner to contact the service centre because the pump filter may be clogged, rather than to open anything.
Codes on the Zanussi Lindo100 follow the same Zanussi scheme as the rest of the range. Where a code behaves differently on this generation, the code page says so.

- E20A draining fault, and on a machine with no display it is the one that beeps twice. Blocked filter, blocked hose, or a failed pump, in that order.Get it checked
- E10A water supply fault, one beep on a machine with no display. The manufacturer gives a pressure range you can actually test against.Get it checked
- E60A heating fault, and the manufacturer tell you to unplug the machine and not plug it back in until you are certain it is safe. There is no owner check.Stop — call an engineer
- E40The door is open or not closed correctly — four beeps on a machine without a display. Overloading is on the manufacturer’s own cause list.Get it checked
- E30Three beeps, and the manufacturer name the water pressure sensor. Then every step they give you is about finding a leak, which is not the contradiction it looks like.Get it checked
- E50A motor failure. The manufacturer’s published instruction is to unplug the machine and not to use it again until the fault has been fixed.Stop — call an engineer
- EF3The Aqua Control leak protection has triggered and put the machine into a safety mode. Turn the water off at the tap and stop using it.Stop — call an engineer
