Beko BBIE12401AMP fault codes
Pyrolytic built-in oven, and one of only three Beko oven manuals containing an error code table. Also the source of the H display and the pyrolysis documentation.
Codes on the BBIE12401AMP follow the same Beko scheme as the rest of the range. Where a code behaves differently on this generation, the code page says so.
Beko fault codes
Every published Beko code. Open a code to see which models and years it applies to.
- HNot a fault and not in Beko’s code table. The door lock is still active after a self-clean, and the oven will not cook until it has cooled.Usually simple to fix
- Er 32Oven heating errors, covering Er 32 to Er 41. This is the band for an oven that lights up, whirs and never gets hot.Get it checked
- Er 8Sensor errors. Beko’s widest band, covering twenty codes from Er 8 to Er 27, all with the same two-word meaning and the same answer.Get it checked
- Er 59Beko call this band oven lid errors, which is their phrase for the door. Er 59 to Er 64 cover the door and its lock.Get it checked
- Er 1Communication errors, Er 1 to Er 7. Also the place to explain how Beko’s oven codes work, because the band is all the meaning there is.Get it checked
- Er 42Oven component errors, Er 42 to Er 58. Seventeen codes under the vaguest heading in Beko’s table — a catch-all inside a catch-all.Get it checked
- Er 5A meat probe communication error, and the only Beko oven code with anything for you to do. Remove the probe and you can carry on cooking.Get it checked
- Er 81Beko print this band as oven security errors. Lamona, whose ovens the documents show are Beko-built, print the same band as oven safety errors, which is a meaningful difference.Get it checked
- Er 93Card and timer errors, Er 93 to Er 99. Card means the control board, and this is the last band in Beko’s table.Get it checked
- Er 72Hardware related errors, Er 72 to Er 80. A category name that raises an obvious question, since every other band is hardware too.Get it checked
- Er 28Meat probe errors, Er 28 to Er 31. Beko give this band no workaround, which is the opposite of how they treat the probe code in Er 5.Get it checked
- Er 86Internet connection errors on HomeWhiz models. The one band in Beko’s table where the fault costs you nothing — the oven still cooks.Usually simple to fix
- Er 89Microwave errors, Er 89 to Er 92, on combination models only. The one band where the do-not-open advice is more than routine caution.Get it checked
- Er 65Steam errors, Er 65 to Er 71. Beko gate this band explicitly — it can only appear on ovens with a steam function.Get it checked
